WARNING: BEWARE OF SARA PLUS WIRELESS AND THEIR DOOR-TO-DOOR AT&T SALES REPRESENTATIVES! I strongly advise anyone approached by Sara Plus Wireless representatives to think twice before doing business with this company, especially if you’re dealing with Jacob Becerra. My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Jacob came to my door representing AT&T and convinced me to sign up for service based on pricing and promises that turned out to be completely inaccurate. Within just two days of signing up, I realized that the pricing and information I had been given did not match what was actually being offered. I immediately canceled the transaction and requested a refund of the taxes I had been charged. Nearly 60 days later, I am STILL waiting for my refund! What makes this situation even worse is the lack of accountability, honesty, and follow-through. In my experience, Jacob Becerra has failed to honor his commitments, and I feel that I was misled from the very beginning. This is completely unacceptable. Consumers should not have to spend months chasing a refund for a transaction canceled within 48 hours. I am sharing my experience to warn others. If representatives from Sara Plus Wireless come knocking on your door offering AT&T services, I strongly recommend declining their offer and asking them to leave your property. Do your homework, verify everything directly with AT&T, and do not rely solely on verbal promises from door-to-door salespeople. If representatives refuse to leave your property after being asked, contact local authorities. Sara Plus Wireless needs to take responsibility for its representatives, honor its commitments, and refund customers promptly. I would NEVER recommend this company based on my experience.

Their representatives miss lead you …. False promises and bill credits… you ll end up paying more ! Do not trust this company they are all scammers. I regret dealing with them!

Agree with others that this is a bait and switch. AT&T has no accountability for what the Saraplus representatives promise at signup.

I had a door knocker stating they could reduce my Verizon bill by almost half. They promised free phones and Visa gift cards. They also promised to pay off any balances owed on existing phones with Verizon. It’s been four months now and my bill is the same as it was with Verizon Verizon sent me a bill for $1700 on balances owed. I have yet to see any reimbursement for that from AT&T, the first couple months bills were very expensive. in hindsight I would not have done this again. the rep from Sarah plus who sold me the package is now no longer responding to me. AT&T support just keeps telling me to wait longer. My advice is to avoid Sarah plus like the plague.

I had an AT&T agent (Gloria) visit the store where I work. During her sales pitch, she clearly promised that AT&T would pay off any remaining balance owed on my Verizon phones if I switched. Based on that assurance, I traded in my phones and moved to AT&T. To make matters worse, she set me up on a business contract — even though it’s not my business, and I am simply an employee. I never requested or authorized a business account in my name. I’m now over 12 weeks in, still chasing the gift cards that were promised to cover my Verizon balance. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with AT&T trying to resolve this, getting passed around with no clear answers. Meanwhile, I have a Verizon bill for over $2,400, with no support or resolution from AT&T. This entire experience feels like bait-and-switch tactics and false advertising. Promises were made to close the sale but have not been honored. Now I’m stuck with a massive Verizon bill, an unwanted business account, and no accountability from AT&T. I am filing formal complaints with the FCC and considering further legal action. I also request that Trustpilot escalate this review to AT&T’s executive team. Consumers deserve to know the risks of trusting these types of promotions and verbal promises from AT&T sales representatives. Buyers beware — get everything in writing. In my case, AT&T has failed to honor what was promised and has left me financially exposed.
