Outstanding bike tour group!
They are definitely well meaning and show good effort and creativity in putting together the trips. They go out of their way to show concern for their clients. Good support, great food, and good route planning. I have thoroughly enjoyed the three Santana Adventures my wife and I have done and look forward to the next. My most memorable and enjoyable trip is still our first, the Mississippi River. Bill McCready is a modern day Samual Clemmens. He has a way of making history come alive during the trips we've done. I didn't give them five stars in my initial review, because of a lack of follow through to double check that things are taken care of according to expectations on our last trip. Details get overlooked and communications can always be better. There are some bad experiences by some and I can understand what they are talking about. Life is an adventure and the positive outweighs the negative by far. Not everything can be "perfect ", but as I was thinking about what I had written, I thought of the Samuel Clemmons line I needed to add and I needed to change my rating to five stars. I wish more people could experience the commadore of the group. As I said, we're looking forward to our next trip with them!

Stan, Thank you for your totally-fair review. I clearly remember the disappointment which resulted after a change of schedule caused our group to miss a pair of attractions. I clearly blew it and took personal responsibility the evening before our planned visits. While opening a closed venue was beyond my ability, a double-check procedure has been added to avoid a recurrence of this problem. -Bill
