Wonderful customer service! Kaylynn went out of her way to help me. She truly understands how to treat her customers and make them feel special. When I received my bracelet it was nicely wrapped and I was gifted a couple of extra goodies. Sante Fe Bead Company has amazing high quality jewelry made by the finest artisans. I will be a repeat customer and look forward to it!

I was in Santa Fe recently and my boyfriend bought me a beautiful set of earnings from a jewelry store on The Plaza. So then I went to your website and saw the earrings I bought myself and they’re so gorgeous. I will definitely be buying more jewelry from you in the future. It’s very beautiful. What also impressed me was the quick delivery and how well packaged the jewelry was. I encourage everyone to take a look at this jewelry because they are truly a beautiful work of art.

QUALITY: A+ I purchased 1 Delbert Gordon ring and 1 Marilyn Platero necklace from Kaylynn by mail. Though photographed and described accurately on her SantaFeBeadCo website, the jewelry was even more beautiful and substantial in person. STYLE: A+ I could not be happier with the understated, though unmistakably masculine “statements” made by my new ring and necklace. SERVICE: A+ Kaylynn replied to all my emails - over a half dozen - quickly and completely. She did not have the necklace I wanted in stock, but had it custom made and shipped in less than 24 hours. Product delivery was lightning fast for both the ring and necklace. A handwritten thank-you note and complimentary polishing glove accompanied each order. VALUE: A+ Kaylynn’s prices reflect market value for authentic, handmade jewelry by master Native American silversmiths. The extra value that Kaylynn brings to the table is her excellent taste in jewelry and her personal relationships with the artisans whose jewelry she sells.
