Its a low quality tumbler that was advertised to be here by Christmas if you ordered by November 15th. 2 weeks after Christmas it arrived. Confacfed customer service multiple times and they could care less! Too little too late. Not even an offer to discount it. BEWARE, you have been warned.

This company took a month to get it to me, what showed up was a terrible ill-fitting shirt, and in the process they sent me probably 2 dozen spam emails. Never again.

We order a vet tech mug. It finally arrived and the whole thing is a blurry mess. They said I could return it (but we, of course, would have to pay for all the shipping). I asked to have it replaced, but they said they are all like that. What? Why would a company sell something like this?

Very disappointed with the purchase I made. Took way longer than anything else I ordered from other companies and the personalized name is horrible quality. When I contacted them, they didn't offer a new cup being sent but gave me a 15% refund. That didn't do much as the item was a gift that I wouldn't give so its worthless. Won't order from them again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone

I neber received my Omega Psi Phi tumbler order. I inquired by email several times about it because i was trying to get by timeframe indicated i would receive it. Never did. I paid for tumbler and never got money back. I do not plan on ordering anything else from Saniede.

Never recieved the tumbler. Tried numerous times to make contact but with no avail.

Although this is not your fault, my package was misdelivered, and I never received the item. You must have insurance with the carrier and can receive a refund. However, I am still without a product or a refund. I have written several emails with no satisfaction. I just want the item replaced or a refund. Thank you.
