Everyone at Island are professional , friendly and very interested in their clients having the best experience. They are very attentive to detail. They answer questions quickly. There are no hidden agendas and the property is just as described. Enjoyed working with them.

I can not say enough good things about Island Vacations! First of all, their properties are organized and clean and well maintained. Every unit we have ever rented from them over the past nearly 15 years has been in "move-in" condition and, during our stay, if we need ANYTHING, they are quick to respond and always aim to please. The staff is welcoming and considerate and knowledgeable. They are a locally owned and operated business and not a big "chain" so you can bet they do everything in their power to make sure their clients are happy!!

We have relied on the wonderful staff of Island Vacations of Sanibel and Captiva for at least the past 12 - 15 years when booking our annual November get-away to Sanibel. Each representative with whom we have interacted is thoroughly informed, professional and friendly. In 2017, when our reserved condo was unavailable due to delayed construction caused by a fall hurricane which affected the islands, staff immediately informed us of the necessary change and booked us into an even more fabulous condo right on the Gulf. In fact, after 20+ years at the condo development which was affected, we loved the new condo so much that we opted to book there, through Island Vacations of course) for 2018. Only twice in all those years was there a maintenance issue with our condo, and the I.V. staff assured that the issue was resolved expediently! When we pull up to the I.V. office, we feel like we are finally home on the island we love!!

After working with another larger vacation rental business, we found Island Vacations to be much more cooperative and easier to work with. They try very hard to accommodate all your requests and are a very pleasant group.

Had no problems everything went fine during our stay in Feb '19 Condo was as expected.
