My name is Kenley and I am an academic administrator at a large community college in Santa Barbara, California. Going into using Sanebox, I was already pretty efficient with my email - I have a long record of keeping fewer than 25 items in my inbox. I have also been a 10+ year user of Gmail and have experimented with their built-in filtering tools but didn't like that those filters didn't rollover into my Mail app on the iPhone. Despite being an experience and efficient user, I still find myself loving SaneBox because it saves me time by filtering out messages that aren't important and because it lets messages return to the inbox on the day or date that I choose (using SaneLater). I use it on two accounts and don't want to go back to the way I did my email before. Definitely recommend without reservations, especially if you teach yourself some of the other features such as SaneLater and SaneBlackhole.

SaneBox cuts through the clutter of email, without it I would have restricted all my email accounts to auto reply with a mailing address. Thank you SaneBox for saving me from the luddite path.

A brilliant tool to help productivity. On the odd occasion that it doesn't work (like when Google changed their settings) it completely reminds me why I love it! My email would be far too overwhelming without it.

I try to reduce the number of distractions per day.Mail/Facebook/twitter/all kind of apps all send you notificatios and your concentration is gone. THe most difficult is email probably, because you still receive the most important messages in email, you communicate about business in email and also you receive a number of less important emails per day. SaneBox helped me to check my email only when I want to. I receive the really important emails promptly, but I can delay the less important mails to predefined times. It's soo cool. I keep on noticing that what is in the SaneBox is usually useless so I was able to unsubscribe from a number of not really read newsletters etc. SaneBox saves me Hours every week.

It's as simple as this, if I don't have sanebox, my life would be a mess.. Thank you for this..

Unlike many other email management systems I've tried, SaneBox is the simplest to set up and maintain (I have multiple email addresses to monitor, so the noise can get pretty deafening at times). And yes, it's worth the price of admission.

Sanebox saves me hours and hours a week to only send me important emails. It can't be beat! Jim

I've used SaneBox for years now. It really helps get the unimportant email away from my attention, and also rescues emails misidentified as spam. Whenever I've contacted them, I've gotten very prompt responses, courteous and friendly. I am more than happy to pay for their premium plan, it's worth every penny.
