I'm Darren Carr from London. I'm paralysed from the neck down and therefore require somebody else to sort through my email on iOS, with SaneBox I can direct someone else to check through only what is important, saving so much time. Before using SaneBox I would have to get someone to sift through junk to find that one important email but now only the important stuff is in my inbox. A great service well worth the money.

Truly saves me over one hour per day, and I can just crank through emails that need less thought all at once at the end of the day. Pure Magic!

SaneBox is a brilliant email filtering service that isn't cheap, but I feel offers good value for money in terms of the amount of wasted time reclaimed. When my free trial expired, within a couple of days I realised I didn't want to go back to spending time managing email again. I've used Google Mail's native category filtering, which did an OK job for accounts with low email flow, but didn't work so well for a busy Inbox. I also tried Inbox from Google, I liked the idea, but found the interface a bit too restrictive. SaneBox support have been responsive and helpful answering queries. I definitely recommend looking at SaneBox.

When I lost a series of messages from one sender (my husband, incidentally), Tony at SaneBox worked with me patiently in a step-by-step process until we found them in SaneBlackhole. Excellent customer service for a truly time saving product. I highly recommend SaneBox for anyone who feels its a waste of time to deal with irrelevant messages across the day when they could be efficiently dealt with in a digest at the end of the day.

Email without Sanebox would be pretty gruelling. The beauty of Sanebox is that it works with any email client (integrating more fully with some), and learns from one's natural behaviours, such as email filing. If one is prepared to put some work in, such as reviewing the Sanebox digest emails, one can make email much more manageable. On top of this, they keep innovating and improving the interface and features. But one needs to be prepared for some pain while setting up Sanebox, and for quite a learning curve. And it's not cheap. That noted, their tech support is good, and responsive, and even the senior staff get involved in resolving problems.

I used their trial, and I didn't quite have enough time to test everything, so they gave me another couple weeks. During this extended trial, I got even busier, so again, I wasn't able to try everything that I wanted to try. So without even asking, they extended my trial. When I finally went to purchase the product, they helped me to decide a plan that would work for me, taking into consideration my needs and my budget, and they helped me to get something that was just right. Five stars. SaneBox is great. The product and their people.

I do rely on SaneBox. It works well. my subscription ran out today and immediately i knew because i was inundated with spam. Once in a while, i need to look in the filtered box to find a retrieved password or a note from a new friend, but I rely heavily on SaneBox. I do check the filtered mail periodically. the easiest way is to put them in order by sender and skim through them. I can usually spot the rare sender I want to hear from quite easily. then when you pull that into your inbox, SaneBox learns.
