SaneBox easily automates triage of inbound email to keep my inboxes relatively clean and me sane... Of course you can do much the same by manually creating & then administering rules on your mail client - but that takes more effort and time than I want to invest in this menial chore. So if you really value your time, consider investing in SaneBox services and use the time you save for more challenging, productive & valuable work you have.

SaneBox really really has altered my life with email. Earlier I had way over thousand unopened mails in the inbox, and so many important and valuable ones getting lost behind all the bloat. Spam was only one of the problems. Those I deleted first in the morning. But the real pain were the newsletters and offers, which I wanted to save to be taken care of later, but I actually never didn't. And when you have tons of those mails in the inbox, forgetting of the real important mails from customers and vendors is scarcely easy and has obviously cost me countless amounts of euros. And then I found SaneBox. The subscription price was a hilarious joke for me at first, but after a two weeks trial I paid it happily. Now the old pile of inbox messages is moved to archive, and sorry to say, you earlier customers trying to reach me, I had to forget you and start the better life from scratch. Now my inbox has only the most relevant messages, I master them easily, and still those "save for someday" newsletters are there when I need them. If I have no time to take care of some of the inbox messages, I evaluate, when is the next time I would try to put hands in it, and put it to the SaneBox snooze folder. I will be happily recommend SaneBox to anyone who receives over 10 mails a day.

I spend way too much time clearing out pointless emails from my inbox, but no more-thanks to Sanebox! If it’s important then I see it, otherwise it can wait until I decide what I want to read and not feel guilty about 100+ outstanding emails “needing” my attention.
