Sanebox does a very good job in managing emails in different ways. It will sort incoming emails to folders and will also learn when you move emails directly with your client. This is the feature I use most and saves time in getting my handws on emails I want to work on. I am a private user with a very small private business, but need to answer customer requests quite fast for this purpose.
