Solid company, great product
First, the company. Their product is easy to set up and easy to manage. They provide great advice on email management, which does not require their product. Even without their product, I can heartily recommend their educational material. The product--SaneBox--makes it extremely easy to implement great email management; a goodly portion is essentially "built-in". I have been aware of most of the principles of email management for years, but found I just didn't get it to work in practice. Finally, with SaneBox, I'm there. Not quite Inbox Zero Nirvana, but close enough that I feel in control. The product is premium, and charges accordingly. You have to make a decision on the value of your time. For myself, I had written some 40 rules in trying manage 8 different email accounts, and I was still overwhelmed. I signed up for two SaneBox subscriptions to cover the four main accounts (Two "Lunches" are cheaper than one "Dinner.") Since I have an always-on media server, I set it up to filter all 8 accounts with SpamSieve. With SaneBox processing the four main email accounts, I actually have Inbox Zero on four accounts and a very manageable number on the other four. I still spend more time on email than I should because it's so cool to just cruise through my accounts, dispatching of emails left and right. I'll stop here. Life is Good.
