SaneBox is excellent. My email is much more manageable with it. It allows me to funnel only my important mail into my inbox. Lower priority mail is filed where I can process it later. I recommend it to anyone who needs to deal with email efficiently.

When I first heard of SaneBox, I was drowning in email and having trouble keeping up. When an author I appreciate and follow (Ramit Sethi) suggested it, I was skeptical at first. Now it is an essential part of fulfilling my responsibility in management of clear communication. I keep it simple with a SaneLater folder and SaneCC folder but this simple change has been game-changing. As a manager, I'm CC'ed on a lot of things that often don't require action from me. I then use the SaneLater to train which emails can wait until later. Having those two types of emails separated clearly for me to review later allows me to focus my inbox on the actionable and important. SaneBox is so good, I've purchased 2-year subscriptions knowing I will continue using it as long as I work in management. Thanks SaneBox!

SaneBox has given me back hours of my life, every week. I love how it stages spam from immediate to longer term, and then slowly deletes from the longer term. All very user-configurable. Very user friendly, very easy to set up.

Great timesaver! Have enjoyed using SaneBox for the last 2 years and relish the time saved sorting through emails. The system recognizes my priorities and eliminates those emails that aren't.

I've used the basic SaneBox subscription for several years, and although it comes at a mouth-watering cost (compared to many apps) that cost is small compared to the benefit it brings - it's well worth it. One subscription for one monitored email account works on all devices which access that email account, and it works on emails auto-forwarded to that account from other email accounts. I receive a lot of work and personal emails in the email account covered by SaneBox. I receive very little spam or unwanted mail and can get straight to work on dealing only with emails I need to see. I am in control of my inbox - it is frequently empty. Where I do get new spam or unwanted traffic following online activity I just move the first instance of such email to SaneBlackHole and that's it - I never get those emails in my Inbox again. Hundreds and hundreds of useless spam emails each week just never get to me. It is a dream come true. I recently switched my SaneBox subscription to a new master Email account, intending no longer to use the old one. It took a few seconds. Just now I looked back at my old master email account (no longer protected by SaneBox) and it was full of spam. Email life would indeed be grim without SaneBox.
