Large and Many Sun Bleach Streaks
I bought two linnen curtains. One Mustard and one Rust color. I loved them and was planning to buy more until the rust curtain - after only 6 months - developed strong sun bleached streaks. It was my opinion that high quality expensive curtains linke this should last longer. They should not need replacing every 6 months. But customar service was extremely unhelpful and disagreable. They told me “I SHOULD have bought the black out layer to prevent sun streaking.” I replied that I WOULD have - if anywhere before checkout this had been recommended. But no where were warnings about sunstreaks. On the mustard it did not happen.. Anyway. The conversations carried on and on without any warm empathy at all. No reimbursement. Nothing.
