Haven’t received order yet, but did reach out to them to inquire in delay (nothing moved on my order for 8-9 days). I emailed them and they did answer the following day and was able to put it through. Interesting, my order was for dynavap accessories, the representative who emailed back stated that the site funnels dynavap orders over to dynavap directly. See what happens. Updated review from 2 to 4. Dynavap threw in a BB3 for the delay. Pretty cool. (FYI to shipping, BB3 barely arrived in packaging because the the little doob tubes you're using are opening up. The little one for the cap was ok, but the bb3 tube was undone and the glass was halfway out.)

Just ordered replacement glass and it’s is good quality I have a few pipes and other goods everything they make has been really good for me

Bryce from Samurai Blaze was able to help in getting a great pipe for me, the shipment came fast and the quality of the pipe was great. Some of the intricate designs on the pipe are a little brittle but it looks great. Only thing from being 5 stars was the availability of some items. Tried to purchase some other products but a lot was out of stock so the online website needs to be a little better with showing current inventory.

Great prices, but not as fast as expected due to holiday delays, which should not effect a business delay in shipping. So take one star off.
