I ordered a product from this company…
I ordered a product from this company with guaranteed fast shipping. Instead, I order a product April 24 and it currently May 12th. How can I even rate your product if it won't show up to my address. Right now it is in a shipping facility in Jersey City.

Hi Tommy, I'm sorry your order has been delayed. I would like to point out this is more an issue with the shipping carrier rather than us.
