I love the fact that I can watch a ton of different episodes. There are so many to chose from. On thing I think would be better is if the shows was on daily instead of back to back, because it seems after a week or so I see the same episodes.

Samsung TV Plus has much potential. I like it. If Samsung made it easy to provide feedback they will find the top issues. Small things have no attention, for example the music in-between Escape to the Country episodes is very unpleasant; its like a radio on a bad frequency - it makes it unlistenable'and custoer turn away. Samsung is a big company - Samsung TV Plus could be an absolute huge winner for the brand if they invest enough to make some small tweaks and keep it free. Since it is free big changes are of course not expected, but put a small team in to look after it Samsung - you can do it! Also, when people call Samung Support, train your call centre staff to care and not say "well that is not us, it's a Samsung TV Plus issue you need to contsct them - care, make it seamless - to the customer it'' all Samsung.
