Having trouble with having correct speed violations. Also the system throws a few harsh events that are not really harsh events. We still haven't been able to locate a following too close alert. Customer service has not been that helpful so far.

Great service

Started out really great but I have been experiencing issues over the last few months. I do appreciate the excellent customer service, and that they are always striving for improvement.

System works Great but sometimes its switches from.off duty to on duty.

The team has been great to work with. The only issue we are running into is resetting the trailer trackers on occasion. Since they are mounted at the top of the trailer it isn't an easy job.

If there were a 3.5 stars that is were I would be. I have had the Samsara system for a few months and it is not bad but could use a few improvements. I would like to be able to navigate the system a little easier and have a little more explanations on a few things now that I have had Samsara in place for awhile and know what I want to ask.

All of the products are wonderful. My pushback is that it lacks a routing system suitable for school bus transportation.
