10 out of 5 STARS! I see some bad reviews and do not understand. A year ago we were desperate for an ELD compliant solution because our current vendor at that time, Verizon(AKA Fleetmatics) was trash. In addition, we were in the market for dash cams. I looked at every big provider out there for ELDs and dash cams. After research and trial periods were done w/ several providers it was clear that Samsara was the best option. Drivers love the driver app because the ELD and DVIR features are user friendly. Customer service and engagement is off the charts. Samsara listens to feedback, frequently adds new features and is always improving existing systems. I could go on and on. Samsara is the best provider out there - HANDS DOWN! Do not let these bad reviews fool you.

I found Samsara and have never been happier. We had been using a company with nothing but problems and no customer service or follow through. That is not what I found with Samsara. I found dedication, honesty, and a quality program. From a Safety Director stand point I love the ease of the program. Very user friendly. My drivers also seem to be liking the app. I am most impressed with Samsara’s employees. I had one sales guy, who went well above and beyond his expectations to make sure I was comfortable in the purchase. And the best part is during the start up we have ONE tech support guy dedicated to us. These guys both take the time to listen and help. Very fast responses. I am very impressed with Samsara as a whole. And install is painless!! High quality on the cameras.

I have been using Samsara for about 5 months now and its great. When it comes to tracking your load it's awesome. The quality of the dash cams are excellent as well. overall it has been a very good experience. I would Highly recommend Samsara to any trucking company.
