We have utilized 2 other telematics companies and moved to Samsara due to the lack of customer service and lack of reliability with the other companies. Our onboarding experience was smooth, the training was incredible, and Samsara actually provides weekly checklist for the onboarding process. You also have a dedicated person through the onboarding process to help you. We had an issue with one camera, and it was replaced within 24 hours. If you need to pull footage, there is no waiting for the company to download and send to you....you request it and it downloads within minutes. There is no comparison between Samsara and the other companies that offer this service. I highly recommend them and wish we had moved to Samsara when we first did a trial run with them 2 years ago.

Will and Kyle have been super helpful and knowledgably throughout this transition for me. They have answerd questions quickly, gotten my products in a timely manner, and easy install! We appreciate all the help and tools to get this switch over done easily.

The product is meeting our needs and expectations. The safety features incorporated into the system is a lifesaver (literally)!! Love the capability on the safety inbox videos that we have the option to give feedback to Samsara to let them know if what we saw was a legitimate safety concern or a false capture. Into this system for about 6 weeks and so far, we love it!!

Our company was looking for new GPS tracking for our fleet. We came across Samsara and I had a sales rep reach out to me. Christian was great in showing me all the things that Samsara can do for us as a small business. The system is fantastic and the real time viewing on where your fleet is hands down the best. I would recommend Samsara to any small business or large company looking to keep track of their fleet to give Samsara a try.
