Initially signed with Samsara because of some functionality in their product but from there it goes downhill fast. Once they "got" us, trying to reach out to anyone who can make decisions is impossible. And don't bother trying to make a simple change to your account with significant effort. In hindsight, we will not renew nor would i recommend them with options like Keeptruckin( for one) around. Nothing is simple with Samsara.

They keep charging my card for product I don't have for the whole year . I called trying to resolve the problem they told me u haven't returned the product which I have returned it . They will rip u off if u dont pay attention to there billing department. Replying to there message buttom yes I have called yall many times email u yall to resolve the problem yall haven't done sh"##& I been paying for product that I don't have and assets don't work i am ripping them off since I paid for the whole year and u suspending my account

Samsara has failed its obligations We talked with Samsara, agreed to utilize them. Customer service was horrible. Samsara changed their platform, and amidst multiple times, the system degraded, there were known issues where the system lost connection and did not document anything. Reporting changed to criteria we used to analyze drivers. Samsara would not fix it. We continued for months to rectify the issue, spending time and money. Finally, we said it would not work without the improvements and changes, cancelled the contract, are now being told we will be upheld to the contract that Samsara failed to deliver. Your company is unprofessional and needs to cancel the contract due to failure to deliver per contract agreement. I will not be paying you either way, so you will be seeing me in court, and I have every intention of doing this until you release me from your failed product. I will continue to blast this to all media possible until the problem is resolved. Though I doubt you be honorable, in which I will stop stating things like this, if you do, I will walk away and say nothing further, but I can tell you I have steered my clients in a different direction because of your poor service.

Samsara is a great system, but Billing department can't seem to get it together

Our contract with your company started at the end of March 2019 and our dashboard turned off October 2019. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PAID FOR FULL YEAR OF SERVICE ON MY DEVICES. We had to keep Verizon connect active and ongoing while we waited for your installation. Installation crews never could get them installed correctly . We were told that this system would alert for distracted driving, if there was a car stopped in front of you it would alert you, non of the in cab "coaching" features worked. The only two features that ever worked (not consistently, rarely did this work correctly) was the "your seatbelt is unbuckled" and "please reduce speed" . We made this switch to Samsara due to the salesperson advertising these features to us, which never worked. We were happy with our Verizon connect. We were told you had multi rear camera and side camera options That we're coming out within 4-5 months. That never happened. We were told we would be on a monthly billing cycle. Only to be told later that they were giving us 30 day month trial and that you did not offer monthly cycle. We never do annual billing cycles. This would have been a deal breaker for us. We spent $3000 integrating this product with our company operation software.we still have never even gotten to make sure works , yet since we haven't been able to pull a log from Samsara. Not having a fleet program is putting my company drivers at risk. This advertising was fraud. Our agreement has been breached. I am not thousands and thousands of dollars out on my software and to Verizon because I've made the switch to your company. I could go to any company and have the features I mentioned to you be met. Your company promised that you could meet them. That's why I went with you. The problem I'm having now is in stuck with a huge financial investment into your company due to my software integration and switch from Verizon. So I'm trying to see if we can get on page with the terms we agreed on and I will not be paying for unused service where not only did my cameras not work, but you're dashboard is locked down. I'd like to get this fixed as I know it can be. If any one is interested in a class action lawsuit on this company, I'll be starting one and sending letters to everyone of their customers for all of this. FALSE ADVERTISING , SWITCH SALES TACTICS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, INSTALLATION OVERPRICED AND DID'NT WORK ( HAD TO INSTALL OURSELVES AFTER THOUSAND DOLLAR BILL) CAMERAS DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT COACH THE DRIVERS/ FOOTAGE OF ACCIDENTS NOT AVAILABLE. I never write reviews but this company shouldn't be allowed to operate.

Have been trying to get in touch with them for several days now... STILL no response. Drivers have issues with team driving app, every time there is an update we have problems. Sure would be nice if they could return phone calls, emails... **Did get a response from Samsara team, we are working together on the team driving app issue.

My experience with the software and interface was great. However, my problem is with the customer service. My company was binded in a 3-year contract with Samsara, which I believe we were paying $32/mo for each device. A few months later, I needed more and our rep at the time told us the price jumped up due to demand and everyone has to pay more... which bumped us up to $37.05/month per device. A few weeks later, when we needed another ELD, the price jumped again! This brought us up to $41.44 per device per month. This obviously did not make our company happy but we had no other choice. Some time has passed and later I find out that one of the companies we work with, who WE recommended Samsara to them, were quoted MUCH less than what we are paying... When I talked to our new rep about this, he basically said, "oops, sorry that wasn't me but your price won't change from here on out." We don't appreciate the way they do business. So be VERY careful before you sign the contract...
