Travel to Nothern Canada and the elog is giving me headaches by not detecting that the truck is moving. You have to manually shift to driving mode and if you forget you have to edit the log yourself. Using personal conveyance if the cellsignal is weak or no signal at all and the elog is stuck on that mode which is nonsense I don’t how this elog is legal in Canada if you need cell coverage for it to detect movement. Motive app is so much better. As a company driver they would have to pay me to use this if I were an O/O. Stay away!!!!

Would not recommend this company due to the 36 month contract for the equipment. Is overpriced and alot other products get the same job done.

If I were to write the amount of things wrong with this company I would have wasted my entire day take my word STAY AWAY. Then they come on here and try to convince you that they have resolved my issue BS they have resolved nothing no calls or emails just been ripped off.

We were a Samsara customer for a couple years. We wound down our vehicle fleet, so we attempted to cancel our service. We sent in a cancellation form in 2021, they continued to auto-renew our subscription and monthly bill us. We followed up and they said it was a technicality. They said it would be done, but they continued to bill us. We followed up again and they said there are 2 subscriptions and they would cancel, but not refund for the continued billing. They now claim that we owe them. They refuse to even try to resolve the issue. It's been 1.5 years of dealing with their billing support. Stay away, they are extremely unprofessional and incompetent with regards to their billing practices.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered the devices for 15 vehicles. They sent the wrong cables so we could not install them. Said they were sending the correct cables. They never sent them. We tried to cancel service and tried to find out where to deliver the units. No one would answer. Finally two weeks later we got a response and they acknowledge their mistake, Promise a refund. We return the equipment and they bill us again for the monthly service. We don't even have the equipment in our possession. Again no one will respond and we are still waiting on our first refund. Be careful if you have any issues they will not be easy to resolve and will be costly.

Poor tech support service. Despite directly answering their questions, they fail to respond and communicate any changes they make. Tech Support team seems to lack critical thinking and communication skills with respect to the content of your email.

WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH, TOLD THEM I ONLY WANTED THE PRODUCT WITH REAL TIME TRACKING AND WAS TOLD I COULD TRY IT FOR 30 DAYS AND IF IT DIDN'T DELVIER I WOULD BE ABLE TO CANCEL AND GET MY MONEY BACK. ALL THEY DO NOW IS GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND TELL ME I'M TRAPPED IN A CONTRACT WITH THEIR MEDIOCRE PRODUCT AFTER I RETURNED IT A WEEK AFTER RECEIVING IT. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, HUGE SCAM!

BEWARE!!!! Read all the other reviews, THEY ARE CORRECT, this company DOES NOT! care about customer service one bit. Just got finished with IFTA audit, got fined because of Samsara's inaccuracies and discrepancies. They don't care and REFUSE to work with auditors.
