Id give a negative star if I could. Impatient rude representative Brian Lee, sent the “temporary deposit” to the wrong account in my bank; then this company impatiently filed a claim under my name as they had temporary access to my online account; this claim they were acting as myself disputing a transfer of funds-funds that they sent to wrong account that I transferred to the right account. I proceeded to repay their temporary deposit to validate trust I suppose; but by then my bank had put a hold on all activity i couldnt use my online app i couldn’t use an ATM or do any transactions at all. This company is probably the very worst of a very bad industry. Their impatience led to me having to close my bank account resulting in me having to set up new links to my rent, my bills, my paycheck direct deposits…I have started a lawsuit against their practices and individually the representative who misled me and initiated these procedures against my warning and will. Same day loans will not be doing this to another potential customer ever again. By no means should anyone utilize their services they will ruin your banking and cause months of hassle rebuilding your finacial life after they destroy it.

I have never owned a business, yet they spam my messaging. If they care so little that they don't do basic checks, how do you think they actually care about anything?

If i could give this a 0 star i would. This is a scam. They do give you money but they say you can pay it off early,but you cant. I had made payments, the day i went to pay off my balance, i checked the amount due, paid it off and they still charged me more money. You cant talk to anyone unless you speak to the complaint department. I filed 2 complaints in my short loan time. This place is a joke. Take an offer from a different lender.

AVOID AT ALL CIST!! It should be illegal for the amount that they charge in interest. @fdic @ftc. It's bad enough to have to get a small loan for Christmas, then get raped by the lender. It's disgusting. Plus, the customer service is RUDE! and they will not help at all.

THEY ARE NOT A DIRECT LENDER! Extremely high rates. They charge more than double what your loan is and the truth in lending states “ it’s an estimate “ and had I not paid off my balance in full, I would still be paying off a 200 dollar loan. Paid them over 500 dollars back on 200 dollar loan and would have been more but I paid it off before they could keep raising it. They show you a payment schedule but it you don’t make extra payments you will never pay it off !!! Beware

Waste of time. AI customer service rep that will ultimately hang up on you. Only Sarah available and she’s useless. They won’t tell you what they need to approve just ask for all of your information and decline you. Becareful!!
