For one of my tests
For one of my tests, the sample that was taken was unable to be tested. Other than a single email twenty four hours after the test stating that there were laboratory delays, I did not receive further communication about the problem. It was only when I reached out to ask why the results were taking so long (a week later) that I was told there had been an issue with the sample. Thankfully, Sameday Health was extremely apologetic and quickly rectified the situation by arranging another test for me. They were easy to communicate with to arrange the test but I wish I had received a notice letting me know the sample was an issue before having to reach out myself.
