Sameday Health was professional and efficient about getting test results.

The best place to get your covid test. It's fast and easy; even registering is fast and easy. Never a long line. Once you create your log in (which is super easy) the rest is smooth sailing. The turn around time for the results are quick.

I chose to go to Sameday Health to obtain results from PCR tests for Covid-19 in January 2021 and early February 2021. I needed a fast turnaround on the results from these PCR tests for travel related reasons at that time. Sameday Health represented and promoted that it delivered PCR test results within 48 hours. I received results from the PCR tests I had taken at Sameday Health within 36 hours for the test taken January 2021, and in under 24 hours for the test taken in early February 2021. The promise was not only kept, but the turnaround time was even faster than expected and was a huge relief to me. I had tried several different testing facilities prior to going to Sameday Health, and all of the others I had tried were not reliable and could not keep appointment times and/or did not deliver results within 48 hours of collecting the samples. Not only did the turnaround time for test results meet the timing advertised, the overall experience here was outstanding. The service was efficient on many levels. First, booking was done online only, and you could only make changes to your appointment online and NOT by phone. I had to reschedule my second appointment for two days later than originally scheduled. Being able to do everything online meant there was no waiting on hold on the phone, no waiting for someone else to transcribe what I needed changed, and no room for human error in those necessary changes (and if there was human error, it would have been my error because I made the changes myself). Everything went smoothly despite my last minute need to reschedule my appointment for a later date. Second, I received an email prior to each appointment which provided me with details regarding what to expect and how long the process would take; in each email, I was advised that the entire process would take no longer than 5 minutes. Indeed, the entire process took less than 5 minutes. Unlike most medical appointments (generally speaking), I did not have to wait to have my samples taken. Instead, I provided identification as requested and was guided to where I would have samples taken exactly on time per my scheduled appointment. Third, not just meeting but BEATING the turnaround time for results was proof to me that this company is efficient. Finally, although each person working at this location was busy, and the city's atmosphere at the time was hectic and uneasy because of Covid-19 (January and February 2021), everyone was friendly and knowledgeable; I was ready and half-expected them to be brusque.

Signing up for an appointment was super easy. Virtually no wait, nice staff.

This was a painless experience. They were super friendly, very fast and i received my results in less than 20 minutes. I will be back.

From delivery to mailing back, everything was extremely easy.
