Sameday did a great job with vaccinations. With insurance and billing? Not so much. As convenient as it was to drive through, I chose another provider for boosters, because of the billing issues.

Understandably slow but after waiting several hours they lost my appointment and then kept me waiting a long while trying to put another one in place. Could have been much better but it was a very busy time.

I gave a 3 Stars because the service/customer service could improve especially when you’ve took the time out of your busy schedule to schedule an appointment for yourself & your child to be tested & arrive on time for your appointment & no staff member was there to accommodate you is so unprofessional. Especially when you receive multiple text messages reminding you of your appointment hours/mins before to not be seen because the staff was a no show.

I was referred to Sameday Health by one of my attorneys who raved about remote testing and the cost being much lower than what I paid. I had to drive over to a drive thru location and pay 3x what I was initially told I’d have to pay. I believe it was because of my zip code. You see my attorney lives in Hancock Park and I live in the Jefferson Park area. I felt overcharged and snubbed at the same time.

I received great service from Sameday Health - the staff are very friendly. However, I had issues receiving the proper test results. I was sent information for a test that I had taken many months prior. Fortunately I was able to get the proper results emailed to me - however the staff person that emailed them said they could not be loaded into my file on the app. The situation seemed odd. At the very least, the situation was resolved, and the resolution was taken care of immediately. I will still continue to use Sameday Health.

Service fantastic, but the kny concern is that atleast have some snacks for kids, todlers. Fruit, drinks or even cookies when appoitment is at early hours. Babys, toddlers and kids should be the priority. Rhey are small childs they get bored easyly than young adult s or teen

I had a paid test that gave me results back in 24 hours, but when I went to the center they told me that they were not guaranteeing a results in that time unless I paid an extra $100. Since I had to travel, I did the test anyway and paid the additional money. The test results only came out as scheduled the following day and not on an expidited basis. They said they could not have anticipated the Omicron surge and demand for tests, but it really made for a very tense time for me since I had travel plans and could not get on a plane without my results
