I was very happy to find an outdoor lab that gave me the test for the Corona virus. The organization went well, except when I arrived at the facilities there weren't any instructions. Instead I was met by robotic assistants that verily explain. In the estate that I was I felt very bad for my lack of preparation. Now when I reflect it wasn't my fault, I was ill , I was in need of better assistance

Experience at the clinic was excellent. Organized, clean and welcoming staff. However my exam results dis not arrive through the proper channel (email etc). I had to call and require the result to be sent to me. Since it was the day of my intal flight, timing was tight.

Sameday Health has an impeccable speed of service, a product that almost everyone needs, but a pricing system which is completely not in line with the humanitarian service they offer and more importantly the current financial times we are facing. If they run out of time slots for their $100 48-hr result test, you can switch to the $250 <6hr rapid PCR and all of a sudden they are completely open for business.

SameDay has been a very convenient service for COVID testing. Onsite, the staff is very personable and precessional. Their only downfall is customer service and issues with the app. During the height of omicron, I never was able to get through to a rep and no one ever called me back about issues and inability to book an appointment.

Sameday Health is very easy to use online and when you go in everything is handled very efficiently. I gave a review of a four because two times I had to go back and have another PCR test because the results were inconclusive.

It was my first drive through and no fuss or too much waiting. I would definitely use it again and would recommend this to anyone that would need to take a test.
