Horrendously expensive but required to be done whilst in the USA. Staff were pleasant polite and efficient.

In total with insurance and out of pocket it costed more than $300. There are several places which are much cheaper for the same service. With Covid there was a significant delay in making payment (my fault) but started getting letters from collections.

Very poor communication. I had to call at the last m iute and the person wasn't sure if the results were back. It is also highly expensive for average people and esp uninsured.

The front desk staff are helpful most of the time although I did encounter some staff members up front who did not care or were not polite. Appointments are overbooked and it depends how many medical staff are available if you are helped at the time of your appointment. One time, I had to wait one hour longer before I received my services. The medical staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. However, there is nothing special here that makes this stand out from other medical places other than being open to the public for free testing services.

We had to wait about 1 HR and 39 minutes past out Appt time for our tests. I would think that Sameday Health could do a better job estimating the time that folks should come for their shots. That said, the testing itself and the reporting was well done. And all of the employees were very helpful.

I was in need of an urgent covid pcr test and was advised by my doctor to get one with the symptoms i was presenting. I have gone here 4 times and have received accurate tests. This test was inconclusive and i was told it was because the test wasnt swabbed properly. Of all the times I need a test done it wasnt performed correctly.

All was good. Just a small suggestion. The billing me $500 for expenses covered was confusing. I think some information at the time of service may have resulted in less.

The advertised/announced PCR test results were 36 hours - back in May 2021. When I did not get the announced results I had to call and while the Sameday representative did help out, I got our results a few hours later - just good enough. For a recent Feb-2021 trip I did not consider Sameday PCT/Antigen testing.
