Terrible customer service and…
Terrible customer service and communication. Automated response without much help. Highly disappointed.

Test did not come back in time promised…
Test did not come back in time promised and I had to get a 2nd test from CVS in order to fly.

I took two RAT tests just a few hours…
I took two RAT tests just a few hours apart. The first was positive and the second was negative. Was planning a trip to the Bahamas and had to cancel due to the uncertainty of the test results.

Lost results twice
Lost results twice. I scheduled an appointment to get my vitamin shot abs when I came the nurse was not on site. They had to cancel my appointment.

PCR swab too high in nasal passage + expensive
For the PCR test I had done, the technician insistantly went too far into the nasal passage in spite of me asking him not to and pulling away. And the price for this test is unreasonable.

Our mid-turbinate swabs are supposed to be less invasive and quicker for clients, but we apologize for any discomfort caused. We also apologize that you feel our prices are unreasonable. We have worked to make testing more affordable and we have a number of payment options available to meet more people's needs. I had to repeat the test few times and…
I had to repeat the test few times and drove long distance. Needed the test in emergency situation but results did not come on time.

Took a test
Took a test. I never got results for. Which I needed to go back to work. Was finally offered to take a new test. Offer was only offered because I had Called Multiple times to get my results. 2 stars because the ended up giving a rapid test and actually got my results.
