They do not respond to phone calls
They do not respond to phone calls. It is impossible to get information on billing charges. They overcharged me and did nit file Medicare forms as legally required. After 2 calls to Medicare and infinite paperwork, Sameday refunded me $390 for improper charges.

Long wait lines
Long wait lines. Long wait for results. Was promised a refund but never received. Terrible customer service.

Price gouging
The profit you must be making is unconscionable. A swab test that costs $350! Outrageous.

Awful
Awful! I didn’t get the PCR results on time as promised, I had to go somewhere else for Covid test to be able to travel

Scam artists
Scam artists. They have a quack doctor call you after your test, even if you test negative, and then charge your insurance $600 for it. I'm no friend to the insurance industry, but this feels like fraud, plain and simple. Truly hope this company gets indicted.
