Gave me a negative PCR result when I…
Gave me a negative PCR result when I had covid diagnosed and confirmed by another PCR at Walgreens the same day! I rang same day health to tell them of faulty result and asked for refund and was denied after an hour on the phone!!!! Many thanks for refunding me for my PCR test…that was the right thing to do.

I have no recent interaction with this company, therefore I have no useful information to put on here. They decided to waste my time with an email for this review so 1 star is the best I can do. Don't waste people's time.

Their billing did not give me th codes…
Their billing did not give me th codes needed to file an insurance claim. Difficult to reach them.

Had to test twice in 4 days to get results
Took the PCR test to get results in 72 hours. My results came back an inconclusive but they wouldn't retest me until the 72 hours were up. Total waste of time.

I needed tests for the family and they…
I needed tests for the family and they could provide them quickly. However, they billed me and also received payment from my insurance company. Despite a few calls to both the insurance and Sameday, no one has been willing to refund the payments to me. If you can get your insurance to pay without you pre-paying, they were fine to do the tests.

Horrible service
This company doesn’t even get 1 star. They lied to us from the start of the process to the very end. They lost our tests and we had to do a 1 hr test the day of our flight.
