Almost missed my flight because the…
Almost missed my flight because the results were not ready on time as they indicated when I booked the appointment on line . I had to go to another lab and pay an extra $150 to get the results so I can travel . I contacted Sameday and they got back to me a few weeks later

Not worth the premium cost
Not worth the premium cost Cost $75 for expedited process, but took longer than the regular free tests (36 hours!!) Seems like a scam.

You took an incomplete sample. Never using you again.
You took an incomplete sample. I called and got through to no one. When I did get through to someone they never called me back. I had to chase you down. No one told us that the results were incomplete when it was needed for travel. Getting a response took weeks. Getting a refund took weeks. Will never use this company again

“Buyer Beware”. No show - no apology or reschedule -
They were horrible. Booked appointment. Never showed up. No call or email. Called. Several days and emailed. Never received a follow up and am still waiting for a refund. Sounds great. Their customer service is horrible and I can’t believe we never received an offer to rebook the appointment after repeated inquires online and via phone calls. The calls were within hours of the appointment and after. I used their Emails and their chat service too. Beyond livid.

Easy to make appointment online but…
Easy to make appointment online but terrible after that. Very disorganized, no one at entry to guide people what line to get on. Couldn’t tell who worked there & who didn’t. People who did Covid test were nice but the rest of employees were not helpful or courteous. Worst part was that it took a week to get results not the 48 hours they said it would take!

Never received results or a refund. Do not go here for Covid tests
My husband and I went to get a PCR test before a trip we were taking. We took the test on Sunday before a Wednesday morning flight. Well, we NEVER got our results, still to this day. We were lucky we weren't asked for the proof of test results. We paid for these tests and never received them. After hours on the phone trying to get through to someone in customer service, all we were told after several days was that there was a "mix up" in the lab and they lost our results. We weren't even refunded or anything. What a ridiculous scam of a company. I am telling everyone I know to never go to Sameday Health and telling them about what happened to our tests. Absolutely ridiculous to profit off of this and never deliver at all, let alone in a timely manner.
