Made an appointment 4 weeks in advance
Made an appointment 4 weeks in advance. On the day of our appointment, unexpectedly, there were at least 15 cars in front of us. We were there early - why so many cars since we had an 8:00 appointment made weeks ago? We find out that everyone else has an 8:00 am appointment! Who does that? Also, our 24 -48 turnaround results are no longer free, due to the high demand, we have to pay unexpectedly (also) $75 per person. We were told to pull over and redo our appointment by paying for the PCR tests before they would attend to us. This is very poor customer service. Sorry but we will not ever use again.

Can’t trust it anymore.
The first time that I used this facility it went well. The appointment time is quick and effective. But during my last visit I received the results more than a week later.

I do understand that due to the…
I do understand that due to the pandemic many organizations are plague by staff shortages. There was only one technician working, and even though I made an appointment the wait time was over 1 hour. That’s was insane

No cumplen con los tiempos de entrega de resultados de pruebas
Cuando llegue a hacerme la prueba PCR Covid me manifestaron que no me daban seguridad de enviarme el resultado en el tiempo que si publicidad lo ofrece. No deberían de ofrecer lo que no van a lograr garantizar a los clientes.

When I went for my appointment they was…
When I went for my appointment they was a long line and my appointment was not listed. The workers asked that I pay $200, for my next day results. I was not happy about that.

Should be Free
Seems convenient that appointments are readily available when willing to pay out of pocket but when using insurance or free the available times are several days out. Seems to be capitalizing on the pandemic. Other than that good service and quick turn around.
