The actual location where I received service is fine, but Same day Health needs to overhaul its system. Setting up an appointment is too cumbersome and worse at the end, that I cannot get my results because I need to download an app. That's ridiculous! In the end, I had to telephone your customer service in order for my results to be emailed to me. In the beginning I used to be able to access my results from a link. Same day health has now become "Same day frustration" and I will be looking for a different provider. You need to go back to basis and provide smooth and seamless service.

I had an appointment at 11:15 but could not find the entrance. I walked to the back alley of the block to see if it had an alleyway entrance. Where a young man wearing a mask just exited, and I asked if he knew where the place was. He said yes, but this was an employee’s exit I needed to go around the front to enter. But it was 11:20, and I missed my appointment so I need to come back after he went to Lunch. He did not want to give me a test then He wanted in my opinion, to go to an early lunch and I could reschedule and come back after lunch. When I asked do I need to change out for an hour because I was 5mins late he said "I Need to go to Lunch". A 2nd employee exited the ally door shortly after and said the same thing. I meet a Security Guard looking for the place in the alley. When I tried to reschedule online I could not and had to get our Coivd rep to do it for me. With The new appointment, I went back and the staff was polite. But I wasted over 3 hours of my day with something that could have been handled in 5 mins.

Had an appointment for a PCR COVID test. Sample was collected but then not tested for whatever reason. I was still charged.

Zero stars. Office was closed when I arrived a few minutes before my 4:45pm appointment. No signage, no email, no text message, no phone call to indicate what was going on. I called the Sameday Health customer service number and after many minutes they told me the staff had decided to take a break but would be back ”soon.” I waited longer but after they did not return in time for my appt I left and used another service.

The Sameday Health facility set up an appoitment for me at 5:55 pm and closes at 6:00 pm. Upon my arrival the facility was closed.

Stop emailing me please!!!

I went to the clinic in Culver City calif 2x the lady at the front is extremely rude not helpful at all. I had to walk away to take my business elsewhere I guess she doesn’t really want to be there then go home or improve your customer skill I’m not saying all the clinics are terrible but the lady at the front desk in Culver City is . Do your self a favor and go somewhere else

I tried to make an appointment. I think I made it for tomorrow morning, but I never got a confirmation email or text. I’ve looked through both hoping to find something to refresh my memory as I made the appointment a long time ago. But now I have this survey, so maybe the appointment was for today. I don’t know.
