Ripped off my health insurance by…
Ripped off my health insurance by charging $900 for a COVID test, 4 X the advertised self-pay cost (40 times the cost for a similar test in Europe). Service was otherwise smooth and professional.

The worst customer service
I was on hold twice for refund related and disconnected by them for no reasons

They emailed me my results a week after…
They emailed me my results a week after they said I should get them. I had already returned from my international trip when I got the results.

Insurance should have covered this cost…
Insurance should have covered this cost but instead they charge you $200 for the test.

Did not receive expedited results in…
Did not receive expedited results in time for my trip. Had to pay $300 elsewhere for same day results
