I never received my results after 10…
I never received my results after 10 days, I called and was promised a phone call on 3 occasions never to receive one , that was 3 months ago !!😫

I am very satisfied with same day…
I am very satisfied with same day health. The staff was very helpful, courteous, efficient and we received the results of the test as the staff promised. I give them (5)five stars. Keep up the good work.

Scamming insurance
The service you provided was excellent but now 7 months later our insurance company has received insane bills from you. It’s shameful the prices you are charging for a 2 second talk with a Dr prior to the swab. I will never return or recommend to anyone!

Very untrustworthy
Very untrustworthy. They told me they can not provide me results in the stated time and asked me to pay more money to get a different faster test. Very poor service

We never get the result for the covid…
We never get the result for the covid pcr, and it was More expensive than others

You don't have a covid certificate…
You don't have a covid certificate after being negative even if you are paying out the insurance

The outdoor service the staff service…
The outdoor service the staff service included the site manger are not welcoming and the price for 16 hours resolute too high I use to send all my coliges and family never again

Inaccurate results
Inaccurate results, no refund available for not meeting time commitment, poor customer service. To reply to the comment -- I did reach out to customer service twice and their responses were inadequate. My concern is that I took an antigen test (when I knew I was positive) and got a negative result from your lab. It was sent to me within 1 minute of having the test taken. It is not possible for the result to be analyzed that quickly, so your team clearly did not properly develop my sample and gave me an incorrect result. However, no one will admit to an incorrect result nor provide a refund. Everyone is saying there is no possibility of an error. The fact that no one will listen or investigate is concerning to me.
