Disappointment With Sameday Health
I had two Covid tests (RAPID and PCR) at your facility in Brooklyn totaling $300 last March. I was told at the time that my Medicare insurance would pay for these tests. I submitted the information you gave me and Medicare denied my request. So your facility gave me false information.

The Price has doubled in one year &…
The Price has doubled in one year & this Lab is not recognized in Hawaii or Japan. Choose to get test at a Lab that was cheaper, faster & internationally accepted reasults.

the test they administered was NOT accepted by Hawaii. False advertising.

Hello! We are so very sorry for any inconvenience we've caused. We cannot be used in Hawaii because they have very strict policies for what companies they accepted tests. For future booking, this information can be found in our FAQs and our agreement section before booking, but our staff should have also been more diligent to ask. We appreciate your time and feedback. Germantown location lost my sample for…
Germantown location lost my sample for Covid testing and didn’t even bother to call and let me know .

Not same day test results
Never got my test result. Was denied boarding on my flight bc I had no Covid test result even though I was assured by staff at same day health that it would be turned around in time. That test was in September 2021, we paid for same day turn around and to this day have received no result. Called customer service multiple times and kept being told it was being processed and they couldn’t give “an exact time it would be ready”. Completely unreliable service that caused serious headaches during our travels.
