First things first. They completely and utterly lie about their delivery procedures to WalMart their biggest customer. They pick up items say that they tried to deliver the package then they don't. Either the driver they hired steals the items or they have a practice of just lying to their number one client to keep out of trouble.

Never use this company!!!!! They charge fee after fee!!! I have about 5k wrapped up in trying to get a puppy from Wisconsin to Michigan. They are now holding the puppy ransom for more money. 2500 more for some kind of insurance. At this point I don't even know if the pup is still alive. They suck.at this point I think I may have to get my lawyer involved. Nothing but a bunch of scamming fkrs.

I ordered several items from Walmart online for the first time received a email notification that a shipment of one item will arrive early infact the next day of order. On the day of delivery I received a notification that delivery will arrive late that day. The package never arrived and I a notification that the shipment was delayed but will be delivered in the next 48 hours. 48 hours passed there were no updates sent so I contacted Walmart help and the associate informed me of the carrier ( same-day delivery llc ) I found your website and decided to leave a review of my experience with your company and so far it's not good! THANK YOU

Horrible horrible horrible company!! I would rather have my item strapped to a donkey and sent to me that way then rely on this company. If you ever want a item delivered and it says these guys will deliver it just get another item or go with anyone else if possible!

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They were supposed to deliver two puppies. They keep on adding different payment charges on. They were supposed to be delivered 2 days ago.. and now they are saying that I have to pay another 1200.00 for a state and clearance fee (that’s after I had to pay for two crates that were 699.00 a piece) I don’t even know if these puppies are still alive or what. They won’t give me proof and won’t send me any receipts. I suggest not using this company at all. It’s almost as if I am being scammed by them. They are awful and nor do they care

I am very disappointed in this company i sat on my porch at 12:45 waiting on my package and it said it was delivered at 1:37, no one ever came to my door or delivered my package and then i tried to call the number and so did walmart and no one is answering! This is ridiculous and yall are hiring thieves
