Item not as pictured. Poorly made replica. Item was not stitched properly. Came with two different sized legs. Couldn’t even get my foot through the left one. Would not issue refund. Only offered a 15% discount on future orders.

If I can give a zero or negative I would do that worst service ever from salary it’s been two months I have ordered and still no shipment they give false hope that it will be resolved in 2-3 days but still nothing and no accurate reply by the store customer service how can someone rely on such stores

I ordered a gown and ordered a size up. But the gown was very tight. I paid INR4400 but the material was not heavy or smart looking as expected . The dress was long but the trouser was short and hardly worth wearing. It has a look of less than 1000 INR outfit. Only advantage is the gown was ordered to UK and the item arrived as scheduled. The dresses are on a little expensive side.

I used the measurement guideline online (bust, waist, hip measurements), and I even sized-up one size and three outfits came very small. I could not even fit the tops over my shoulders or chest. I read the return/exchange policy, and I met all standards in the policy, but Salwari is refusing to exchange or return my items. I even agreed to pay for the shipping. I will never buy from them again, and I will never refer them to any of my friends.

Do not recommend them to any one Bought the standard size as provided. The item did not fit at all. When I contacted them they said it is custom size. Guess they have no idea how to cut material. My shoulder size is correct however, I can't get into the clothes. I bought 4 sets. They do not hold up to their replacement warranty. It is sad doing business with them and money wasted. If i could them would give them zero rating.

We spent nearly £200 on clothes for a Hindu ceremony. The clothes we received were of such cheap quality. We gave sizings for them but they are certainly not tailor made as they are not close to the measurements we provided. The quality of the material is cheap and tacky. The clothes smelt of fish. The sewing is terrible and the finish of the clothes were cheap plastic buttons made to look like metal in the photographs. When we tried to ask for help, we got the same standard reply insisting there was nothing they could do. Absolutely horrible customer service and did not care about us, just happy they got their money. An absolute rip off! We’ve had to go elsewhere to buy replacement clothes for the ceremony. Money wasted!

You had ordered a standard size and the same we had provided but you should have selected the custom stitching option if you were looking for exact body fit measurements. It was not a readymade product but we made it for you after we received your order. Hope you will understand this. Regarding your concern about the buttons, owing to the lighting effects in images, you may find out the actual product different than it is shown on our website. The product was newly made for you so there is no chance of it smelling bad. Outfits may have a smell of paraffin which is due to the process that is used to dry clean garments after embroidery. This smell will evaporate once the garment has been removed from the packing. We value the money of our customers and our quality checking team checks the product's quality then after we deliver it. Unreliable, disrespectful . Please don’t buy anything from them. I was going to buy only 2 suits but I gave bigger order because I was told no shipping on that. When I got order I paid again $103 Canadian dollars. I called them and told them I won’t receive. They said then you have to pay return mail. Size for stitched suits too big, material is so cheap. When I tried to send WhatsApp app messages, reply was hello mam, nothing else. I don’t know it is communication problem or playing smart
