But it’s because they were out of one of the things I ordered. They had fast communication and even swapped out what I wanted for something of a little more value. I placed an order and didn’t hear a thing for about 2 months. I emailed and called multiple times without any reply. I finally got a hold of someone on the live chat and they sent my order. Don’t buy from here.

Would not use them again. Order was sent 3 weeks later than when payment was recieved. Also no follow up with customer service. When called no answer left multiple messages and then final got a chat head on their website who said " oh we were outta stock" sorry....then it was another 2 weeks before I emailed them and said either send me what I ordered or I was going to report them...and low and behold my order arrived 3 days later

I purchased two products from this company using bitcoin and verified the transfer occurred. I received a receipt via email. I did not hear anything until I received the product 27 days later! I emailed and called but received no answer. I assumed I lost my money. I finally received two products that were not what I ordered. No note or explanation. I ordered 2 10x and received 1 20x. I also received a bag of another item I never ordered. The mistake works in my favor so I won't even dream of complaining (since it's impossible to get through to anyone in any case). My guess is that the seller is being nice because he may not have had a 10x in stock, substituted for the 20x and threw in a little goodwill. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. So, if you want to take your chances, order from this place. You may not get what you ordered, you'll never receive an email or explanation, but eventually you may receive something in the mail within a month, or more. The funny thing is that I had the opportunity to go to San Francisco and I bought the exact same product (the label is identical) at a local apothecary with my credit card. When I paid, the cashier let me know they ship anywhere. I'll be buying there next.
