Hello Austin, I am very sorry about this problem, we will look into this quality issue. You may contact us for a refund as well. But please note that some do have a higher tolerance than others, and the methods of usage could impact that as well. But we are very sorry you were not happy with your order and can offer a full refund.

They’re great, the kratom I got was awesome, the salvia didn’t work very well, but I think that was because I smoked it wrong. I had a small issue with my order, but customer support was amazingly kind and resolved my issue quickly.

No to little communication from seller. No confirmation email when order was placed. No notification when seller ran out of what I ordered. I had to email seller and ask what was going on after not hearing from them in 10 days. Product was not as described. Ordered and paid for a 3 pack. Received 2 pack. Leaves came in packaging not as shown on website with hand written scribble on label. I have no idea what I REALLY received. Product had no potency. Was laced with something waxy, perhaps a preservative? Tag said " not for human consumption" When I emailed the seller after receiving my package, I got to response for weeks now. I have no trust in the seller, feel totally ripped off and will be seeking a new source of salvia divinornm.

I initially ordered from a competitor website who had a better rating on here. However, they took my money and I never received my product, and had no communication. So instead, I purchased through Salvia Hut. This website was wonderful. They immediately sent automated emails with order verification, then another email detailing in depth their shipping. It right away made me feel more at ease than the other site because they sent more communication after sending payment. Sure enough, received my product fast. Very happy I took a chance with them, and will now return here if I should ever need more. Definitely recommending this site. They seem on top of things.
