Poor customer service, I sent emails to their customer service several times. The item I received has a big label on it saying not for human consumption. What the what? I wish I can return it at this point but they do not respond.

Very good product. My ego died. Shipping took longer than expected but I’m pretty sure I got a partial refund. If your reading this review, use a torch and torch it the entire time you smoke, and use a bong.

The customer service was reliable and the shipping was fast. However, I was brand new to sage and bought the 60x. It was so strong that I literally feared for my life my entire trip. I tried it again, but followed their instructions and advice and had something more mild and appreciable. PLEASE MAKE INFORMED CHOICES!
