Product has not moved in shipping for over a week. Submitted a message with my concern and no response. Feels like a waste of money.

After a week of no activity post placing an order, I went to a different vendor and asked them to cancel my order and not cash my check. They still took money out. No communication at any stage. No shipping confirmation or information or response whatsoever. They did take my money though and went back down their hole. Going to the bank to dispute their charge. I have given them plenty time.

Have not recieved any info regarding my order. Money was taken out of my account with no product in delivery or transit. Have not replied to my requests for any information regarding my order. In this day and age , how could such businesses be allowed to exist. Wonder how the better business bureau would act in this regard.???😡

Still waiting for my refund for a Kratom product returned unopened. These guys give you a runaround but never comply with their obligations after I followed their instructions. Some jerk on their site going by the phony name, John Smith mocks your communications. All in all these guys are chiselers. Don’t do business with these crooks. In addition, Trust Pilot sticks its nose into the fray by shilling for the vendor and takes their side by deleting my first review. Thus adverse reviews don’t last and potential customers are misled by the absence of true appraisals. Update #1 As you can see the shysters sent a typical disingenuous response that they con people with. As of right now two days later, I have received nothing. Plus I doubt if they will ever act on their BS. Stay tuned for their next step which will be to complain to Trustpilot that my review is unfair. Horse puckie. These guys are god damn liars. Update #2 As predicted the vendor has reliably failed to follow through on his stated commitment to issue a refund. There are other customers also complaining of the vendor’s failure to communicate or to follow through on his commitments. It is now 7 days since his last lies. This confirms these guys are GOD DAMN LIARS ! Don’t do business with them unless you want to enter the arena of bull crappe. Update #3 I received my refund yesterday thru Paypal. I cannot seem to get paypal to send the cash to my bank. This is not Salvia problem. They have finally complied with their end of the deal. I would like to add one more cautionary tale to this fiasco. I ordered too much of the salvia drug, cuz i was a novice at its use. I received six of the 20x power drugs. Both my wife and i were overwhelmed by its power and suggest caution in the amount you buy. The dealer sends the drug in the little tiny zip loc baggies altogether loose. I asked to return the unused portion but was denied cuz they claimed the product was opened. Not true as 5 of the 6 were never opened. The dealers packaging leaves a lot to be improved so that unused portions can be returned. Just more bullcrappe with these guys. So I suggest you buy the rock bottom amount you need so that you don’t get screwed by these guys on returns.

Looked at the reviews on here and I will say I'm not surprised. I haven't gotten my confirmation email on my order yet. As of now, I don't know any information about when my product will arrive. The only thing I can see is what I paid for, how much it was and how it was paid. My order number is #63834. Please just provide me with a tracking number and an honest estimate of when my package will arrive. This stuff is not cheap. Thanks. (will change my review if I get any updates) EDIT: Got the product. Doesn't even work. I don't feel any different than being sober. Strongly suggest not buying from this website. You're welcome.

Sh@ty salvia i bought 40x extract and i smoked 170mg just to have a changed headspace

I wish I had found this site before I made a purchase. If you use an E-Check, you will be using Zelle - which is a third party, therefore your bank cannot assist you getting your money back! I made a purchase on Aug 7th. I have the canceled check and I still have no merchandise. All I want is a refund. It is impossible to reach the company via phone listed on the site. The one response I received to the many emails requesting order status was from the infamous John Smith, and it stated the payment was never received. Just refund my money!!! Order # 62338 Update 10/9: still getting the run around despite providing evidence that the payment was made. So frustrating. 10/20 As others have stated in their posts, I have provided information as requested, all demonstrating that the e-check was deposited. No product, no refund and now, no one is responding. Time to file fraud complaints. Order at your own risk.

Placed an order over a month ago. Was given the wrong shipping number, the money was taken out of my account but I have yet to receive any product. Have left several messages and emails as well as called and left messages but have yet to receive any sort of notification or refund. The order was #56431 34105 Meyer rd Cottage Grove OR, 97424
