I have tried repeatedly contacting this…
I have tried repeatedly contacting this company. No dice. I've sent them my order number, still nothing. Tried tracking the package, no information. Don't bother with this company. They may have great product, lots of great reviews about that, but no communication on their end. It's a unicorn company....you hear a lot about it, but never actually see it.

I ordered 6 grams, they only sent 3. Their customer support is also horrible. Very slow response times, and very short responses. My order number is 64514. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. It is a scam.

Hello Marc, I am so sorry to hear that you are missing the items from your order. If the company was a scam, you wouldn't have gotten the 3 items you did as well. As for your emails not being responded on time, from our end, it looks like we responded but, due to an internal issue with our software, that email was never sent out. We have since fixed that issue as well. It looks like the items you are missing were out of stock from our store which is why they werent sent but, we are waiting for new stock and as soon as we get it, we will send them to you right away and we will also add a free bag for your loss of time and inconvenience. Horrible customer service and way too…
Horrible customer service and way too slow on shipping. Company doesn’t except credit cards, that should’ve been the first warning fir me to look somewhere else. WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

I was overly charged.
I have made an order I was supposed so be charged 243$ And I also read if you use Bitcoin or litecoin you’d get a 15% off. They charged 260$ with no discount nor a response. I’m starting to feel like I got scammed. I’ve been sending out multiple emails, no answers.I’m going to do my best to post screenshot and all. Order ##64440

Hello Savannah, No, you were not charged anything extra. Please double check your order confirmation emails and your invoices as well. You were charged $243.01 as per the order details and there are no additional transactions in our database for you. Your order shows that it has been shipped as well and our system has sent you multiple emails in return about the order status and how much you were charged so I am not sure how you got the amount of $260. If you have any screenshot, please forward it to us via email so we can check it. Also, you did get the 15% discount from bitoin payment on your order. Any orders made by bitcoin receives discounted price at Checkout. Also, we are not around on weekends to answer emails which is why you got the email response today. Thank you. John
