There were a few stumbling blocks getting the program started, albeit minor, but once I got to get with Helen and dig in on the heart of the program, any doubts I had quickly faded. Helen is absolutely dynamite, I always looked forward to our sessions and honestly felt they were fruitful and sessions ended with positivity, comfort, and validation moving forward with the therapy. I'm not entirely sure what Helen's official title is but she has highly refined talents likely beyond what is required to administer this program. Even for a know it all like me, I thirsted for all of her insight. I look forward to working together again. Thank you

Since starting the course, my anxiety has noticeably shifted in both intensity and how I experience it. Before, it felt constant, physical, and overwhelming—like something was always “off” in my body, especially in my chest. It was hard to separate what was real from what was anxiety, and it often controlled my thoughts and reactions throughout the day. As I’ve gone through the course, that feeling has started to change. The anxiety hasn’t completely disappeared, but it feels less threatening and more understandable. Instead of immediately reacting with fear, I’ve been able to recognize what’s happening and sit with it more. The physical sensations are still there at times, but they don’t spiral the way they used to. I’ve also noticed a shift mentally. I’m less fixated on every sensation and less likely to assume the worst. There’s more awareness and a bit more control, even if it’s not perfect. It feels like I’m slowly retraining how I respond instead of being stuck in the same loop. Overall, the biggest change is that anxiety feels less like something happening to me and more like something I can manage and move through. It’s still a process, but there’s clear progress in how I handle it day to day.

These guys are amazing. They studied data that traditional medicine does not consider, and they delivered practical advice that helped me understand and actual get rid of lingering high BP issues. They had a much more holistic and healthier long term approach to the issues. In addition to fully considering traditional medical indicators, they looked in depth at nutrition, movement, breath work and situational social factors that functional medicine considers. This is concierge medicine at its best. Wonderful experiences with everybody there, and especially Juliette and Ian Lopez.

The program provided many of the answers I was looking for. It helped guide me in the right direction to take control of my anxiety. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Before the 12 week program I was a different person and I was also living a different lifestyle. Something that really stood out to be in my last session with Helen was going over what my initial response the question she had asked me; “what does your dream life look life?”.
