About The Spice & Tea Shoppe

We are your personal purveyor of gourmet spices, herbs, seasoning blends, loose leaf teas, olive oils, vinegars, gourmet foods and gifts. We are dedicated to handcrafting the freshest and finest offerings made only from the highest quality ingredients from all corners of the globe. It sounds simple enough but if you really sit for a moment and think, food, at least for many of us is a profound and deeply personal experience; we remember meals, where we've eaten them and those we have shared them with. These tastes, smells, textures and sights become part of the very fabric of which we are. They are our memories both past and future and we hope to share in some small part of creating new memories and preserving time honored traditions.

Super fast to arrive
Super fast to arrive. Kept me up to date on shipping status. Absolute pleasure. Love being able to easily order through a good tea company instead of Amazon.

I love going into the Reno store
I love going into the Reno store, the atmosphere is inviting with a well organized, expansive inventory and the shop is filled with a special aroma that invites browsing. But this time I left my stash home while on a trip to Oregon. No problem, I got on the web and with a few clicks and a couple of follow-up emails my tea was on the way! Thanks for saving my trip!

Best customer service!
I emailed the shop regarding a mistake I made while placing my order and I was called back almost immediately after they opened the next day and they helped me to rectify my mistake. They were super kind and very fast to ship my order! They have some of the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of receiving!

Easy, quick service
I ordered and paid online, and my order was ready the next day - simple to just stop in and pick it up. Nice when I don't have time to browse. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
