I purchased a gift card for a friend. I wanted to include a print out of the gc to place in a card. The CS sent me an attachment with the gc the next day. Also, they kindly responded to question about the Tea bar. Glad to hear the Tea bar in the Reno location is open. I enjoy your store, selection of teas, spices and the will pick up a cup of tea soon. Mail order service is prompt and accurate. I'm hooked on British Baking Spices, so I now buy all of my herbs and spices from The Spice & Tea Shoppe, even though I live two states away. I did have an opportunity to visit the shop in person in June and found the staff warm, helpful and delightful.

Love this Spice and Tea Shoppe that our son turned us on to when we visited him in Reno. Haven't found anything as good in the Myrtle Beach area, where we live, so we ordered online.
