SalesDuoReviews of salesduo.com

We have been very pleased with the level of service we receive from SalesDuo. They have helped us navigate the ever-changing landscape of Amazon while assisting us in continued growth year over year. Whether they are assisting with new product listing, optimizing existing content, or helping us maximize our advertising spend, the team at SalesDuo has proven themselves an excellent partner in our continued success in eCommerce.

Fantastic experience growing the sales of my product!! Dharun and his team have been able to really turn around my sales!!

We were apprehensive about what Sales Duo could really do for us, but they have been every bit of what they said the would/could do. We've worked with a couple Account Managers, and each has been very helpful. Currently, Dharun, has been responsive and has gone over and above each task. We have weekly review meetings with Dharun, and he's on point, covers the entire task list and new business without wasting any time. I definitely would recommend SalesDuo to other companies.

SalesDuo is a wonderful resource for navigating all the complexities when it comes to Amazon. They have done an amazing job helping revitalize our listings by creating A+ content, images, and better descriptions so that the listings look more appealing to customers. In addition, our advertising efficiency has skyrocketed with the help of SalesDuo. We are constantly seeing a high ROAS and their team works hard to meet the goals set out each month. Our account manager, Divya, is a great asset when it comes to questions and providing updates. She has a vast expertise within the Amazon umbrella and replies fast when there are any questions or issues we're facing. Most recently, she helped us identify a strategy for Prime Day and it was our most successful Prime Day we've seen in years. Also, Divya has a great personality, and it is always a joy to hop on our weekly call. Thanks to Divya and the team working at SalesDuo, our company is confident that we can continue our success selling on Amazon.

We have been running ads on Amazon for the better part of a decade and found that our ability to stay up to date on best practices and adjust bids with the frequency required was become more difficult. We brought on Sales Duo a year ago and with their help our campaigns are driving more sales with a higher ROAS than ever before! Abhiraj, Saumitra, and Giri worked directly on our account and did a fantastic job improving our campaign strategy to ensure that we were meeting our ROAS targets while growing our brand presence on Amazon. They are thorough and communicated all the changes that were being made in a timely manner. They’ve been able to drive down wasted spend on unnecessary and underperforming keywords, while growing overall engagement and sales. Our experience with Sales Duo has been fantastic, and I would recommend Sales Duo to any sellers that are interested in expanding their advertising program on Amazon while pursuing ROAS/ACoS Targets.

Absolutely thrilled with the incredible service we’ve received from this Amazon full-service agency! From day one, their team has been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in our success. They’ve helped us not only optimize our product listings but also run highly effective ad campaigns that have significantly boosted our visibility and sales. Their expertise in the nuances of Amazon's ever-evolving platform has been invaluable, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond to provide personalized strategies that are tailored to our business goals. We’ve seen steady growth and improvement in our brand’s presence, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. What sets them apart is their attention to detail and commitment to ongoing communication. They’re always available to answer questions and provide insights, and their team has a true understanding of the Amazon ecosystem with many members having employment experience at Amazon. I highly recommend partnering with Sales Duo to grow your brand on Amazon.

We have been using SalesDuo for 5+ years to assist us with Amazon-related operational chargebacks, pricing disputes, SIOC and product shortages. I have been approached by many companies that do similar work, but have never had a reason to switch from SalesDuo. With product shortages alone they have helped us recoup millions of dollars. They provide us weekly recaps, are very quick to reply to any questions and, in general, are a great sounding board for anything Amazon related. I highly recommend SalesDuo if you are an Amazon vendor or seller who also faces any of the above issues

SalesDuo has been wonderful for us. Shruti has been extremely helpful, and goes above and beyond to support us. Very happy with them, and will continue to leverage their expertise. Highly recommend.
