Sales & OrdersReviews of salesandorders.com

Scott at Sales & Orders listened to what we at Flagship Technologies needed help with (our Google feed shipping prices) and came through with a great suggestion that fixed our issue! Highly recommend - Scott is very knowledgeable and answered our question same day as asked, in fact he answered within minutes. An example of the kind of company you want to deal with. Thank you!

These guys are always helpful and know their stuff when it comes to Google and Bing. Scott helped us out with a recent issue promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend s&o!

We have been selling on Google Shopping for a couple years and thought what we had going was just something we had to deal with. We looked around and found a lot of great reviews about Sales and Orders. We figured it couldn't be any worse than the sub 1.5x returns on spend we were already getting. After the first call with Keith we knew right away we had been throwing money away and this is what we needed. We have been with them for almost 7 months now and we continue to get over 10X+ revenue vs. ad spend. Keith has been awesome to work with and tries to find the best fit for the ad spend. He's not pushy and wont let you just throw money at something to try and make it work. He will go over all the pros and cons with you and will test it for a couple weeks to see what works and what doesn't work. He absolutely has our best interest in mind when we go over things and look at the numbers. Our revenue in the almost 7 months of working with Keith is more than what we received for all of 2018 and 2019 combined. Cant even express how happy we are with Sales & Orders and the work that Keith has put in to help us grow. Thank you again.

The chat experience was very helpful. Scott was able to guide me through some of the set up features that I wasn't understanding. He was also able to guide me through the steps of setting up the account that I didn't realize I needed to do. Thank you, and I know I will have more questions in the future!

It just works. Wouldn't it be nice if everything JUST WORKED? These days it's impossible to get some software support to actually fix something, their job is to say "Sorry, I wish I could help, I hope you figure it out." Well, whenever I go to Scott with some functionality I want to figure out, he just fixes it for me, and it takes only a few minutes of my time. Would recommend.

Not only is the platform great, but the support is off the charts amazing. Patient, kind, fun, all of it. And they know what they're doing too!!!

I've been working with Sales & Orders for the better part of a year now and couldn't be more pleased. My account rep, Brian Fratello is a counter-part from a 3rd party company every marketer wants on their side. His knowledge, unbiased advice, and patience really make you feel like you're the only account he has. He stakes his reputation on your success and believes in what he sells.

I've been with Sales & Orders for a couple years and I wasn't sure about the value of our investment until I a was assigned our current account manager, Nicki. She has made massive strides in getting the best bang for our buck, is super personable and overall great to work with. She makes this stuff look easy and has increased our sales just in the few short months she's been assigned to us.
