I see I should've read these comments before purchasing.... I bought a shirt last Thursday and now it's Wednesday. On the site it only says 3-5 days but it's been a week and still haven't even received any shipping confirmation. I've emailed, called, and texted, no answer which seems to be a trend. I literally only live 40 miles away from their business address listed on their site as well.

No contact on an order. No response to email nor on the pop up customer service ai. Seems to have been a mistake ordering. Guess they needed the $25 more than I needed the game of thrones shirt. Be wary, ye late night tipsy shoppers! Update: Was contacted shortly after posting review. Was asked if I wanted full refund or the item shipped. I chose the later. Item was recieved within 3 days later. Thank you for making this right

I had a previous order “slip through the cracks” and received radio silence until I posted a complaint here. The shop reached out and apologized, sent me a tracking number for the new order. It’s been a week and that tracking number only states the label has been printed, nothing more. The shop has again not answered my requests for additional information, so I’m back here rolling the rock up hill. —I stand corrected. They not even acknowledging this post now. 8/2/26 Update: package arrived 8/6/26.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size shirt, but thankfully after contacting for help, I was able to exchange the wrong size for the correct size. The order and exchange process was easy, efficient and fast shipping! And once I received the correct size, the shirt fit sooooo comfortably; the fabric is soft, great printing quality, and comfy fit too! Super happy with my order, can't wait to order again :)
