Saiyan StuffReviews of saiyanstuff.com

I give Saiyan Stuff a 5 Star rating. All of their designs and product are of great quality I highly recommend this shop.

I've had great experience with Saiyan Stuff. Unfortunately some of the adorable outfits I was hoping to get aren't being made anymore, but they were SO communicative with me, giving me other options and explaining prices clearly. Would def recommend buying adorable anime outfits from here!

The people working for their customer service team are incredible! I ordered medium shirts only to realize that they were too big for me once I got them. I emailed them and asked if I could exchange them for smalls. Because they were made to order, I had to pay a small extra fee. The employee I spoke with actually managed to cut the price almost in half for me, so that was awesome! It was much better than buying five new shirts. I sent off the package with my medium shirts just a couple days ago. While originally the production team was going to wait until they received the package before they started making the new size small shirts, I got an email just a few minutes ago saying that they are going to go ahead and produce them without waiting for the package I sent. This is an incredible team with incredible merchandise! I'll definitely be buying from them again! They handled everything phenomenally and I can honestly say that this is probably the best company I've ever been in contact with. Very nice, wonderful people, and the products match perfectly!

This was my first time dealing with these guys and I have to say that it was amazing. You won't find such a benevolent team that is truly willing to help you and make you feel as comfotable as possible. I must tell you about my personal experience with this team. I ordered a long-sleeve Reverse Flash compression shirt and accidentally got it with short sleeves. I contacted them immedeately and was offered the choice whether to get a full refund or get a long-sleeve. I also was offered to leave the shirt that I received in any way. I chose to get a long-sleeve as it was my small dream (yeah yeah, go on laughing at me :D). And withing two weeks I got it! This was amazing experience. The stuff team is very polite, kind and helpful. I want to thank Kevin, the member of "Customer Happiness team", personally as this man is truly a wonderful and helping person. But so is the rest of the team! If you doubt in something regarding them, I can personally assure you that you shouldn't as you are in safe hands and wont be forgotten or lied or whatever. Dear Saiyan Stuff team, many thanks to you all and I wish you nothing but success, prosperity and best of luck! Best regards from Russia, Alexander

Love the design! super fan of DBZ and you guys just nailed it! Kudos!

I ordered 2 workout tank tops and a pair of joggers. They came in a timely fashion but when I opened the package I noticed that the Gray joggers I had bought were instead white. I contacted customer support and they were extremely fast on the responses and did everything in their power to help me out. They sent a new pair of joggers free of charge and let me keep the original pair. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Both tank tops were awesome as well! Would recommend and use again. Reading through the one star reviews is misleading, keep up the good work!

Ordered recently for birthday gifts, shipping does take a moment so bare that in mind when ordering! However they provide the BEST customer service I have ever experienced, I ordered a gift & was unfortunately sent the wrong colour & they also seemed to be a little smaller than I thought, Kevin quickly responded so politely to get this resolved asap for me! Resulting in being sent out the original colour I ordered, also new sizing & to make them even more amazing they said I could keep the previous pair sent out, definitely will be ordering from them again, can’t fault this company one bit when they do everything they can to make sure you get what you pay for! Kevin is awesome & you are in very good hands when ordering from this company!

I have to say that your designs are amazing! I like how you combine 2 of my favorite stuff DBZ and Cannabis. I'm looking forward to buying more merch on your site and I'll give you 5 stars for an amazing job. Thank you!
