I ordered back in May. I never got my order and they stopped responding to emails.

I ordered and never got my stuff despite being told I will get a refund I never received anything, it’s been over a year. Worst service I’ve ever had

i never got my stuff i even have emails of it telling me it came and that was on may 31 I didn't find that email until aug 29 never knew it already came cause i would of already had it by then I look at the tracking on the website it says its still in new york

You will waste your time, average delivery time is 7 months even if they say 4 weeks. They've also manage to sent me someone elses order 3 out of the 3 times I've ordered. Even the replacement they shipped was someone elses order. Products are nothing like advertised. Either false molds, no polishing or finish applied at all just a silver mess or straight up missing main advertised features. Also I've never received the correct size, this company is straight up a big joke

Ordered a pre-made kill yourself pendant. The info was then changed saying it was made to ordered. Pre-made jewelry should not take more than 3 weeks to get here and still waiting.

Never got my pendant

I have ordered from them in October 2021 grillz it took them mor than 4 month just to send me the molding kit, and when I sent back my molding kit I was informed that the product is unavailable. Se they have given me a voucher code to purchase another product even though I asked for a refund but they were not answering me when I would email them about getting a refund. Anyhow I proceed to use the voucher and order some other products that I liked. I placed the order in the beginning of June now its September a d I still have not received my order and I do not think im going to receive it... terrible experience, so unprofessional.
